Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused
Unwashed
Undamaged
With all original tags attached
In its original packaging
In the same condition in which you received it
Used, damaged, altered items or items without original packaging may be rejected.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
Sizes
Colors
Defective items
Exchanges follow the same requirements as returns.If the item you want is not available, you can choose:
A different product of the same value, or
Store credit for the full amount
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.Send us photos of the issue along with your order number, and we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to let you know whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
We will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Processing may take between 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Gift cards
Digital products
Customized items
Sale or clearance items (optional, depending on your store)
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:
The item arrived damaged
You received the wrong product
The item is defective
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking.
